Send SMS messages to your customers directly from Pipedrive with OneClick. You can remind them of meetings, confirm appointments, send delivery and order status, inform them about a sent or signed document, or simply share information via SMS.
This example shows a Make.com scenario integrating Pipedrive and GatewayAPI triggered by a OneClick button, sending an SMS.
Make.com
You will need to create an API key in Pipedrive and connect it to Make.com. This will allow Make.com to access your Pipedrive data and trigger actions based on certain events.
GatewayAPI
Next, you will need to set up the GatewayAPI integration by creating an account and obtaining an API key. This will allow Make.com to send SMS messages via GatewayAPI.
OneClick
Install OneClick in pipedrive. It’s easy and free. Once installed, you will be able to see the app in the sidebar section of the deals, persons, and organisations on the left.
Back to Make.com, set the next step in the scenario: Webhook response status to 200.
Set the next action in the scenario using the Parse a Phone Make.com tool. This will check the phone number validity and convert it to a normalised format.
Add a GatewayAPI Send an SMS message action to the scenario.
Finish your scenario with a Pipedrive activity.
